A brand new wearable connection or a first week of calendar data is basically noise dressed up as insight. Instead of faking precision from day one, IRVO tells you plainly how much it actually knows about you yet.

Plug in a new wearable and most apps will hand you a confident-looking number by the next morning. An Energy score, a Readiness score, a big round percentage sitting there like it means something. It doesn't, not yet. A single night or a first week of data is mostly noise, and any app that presents it with full certainty is either overconfident or quietly lying to you.
Your resting heart rate, HRV, and sleep patterns all have real variability that only starts to average out over time. Travel, a late night, a minor cold you don't even feel yet, any one of those can swing a single reading further than most real physiological change does. The same is true for your calendar. IRVO needs to see how you actually respond to different kinds of events, not just how they're categorized on paper, before a Load score can mean much.
Treating week one the same as week six isn't precision. It's false precision, and it trains you to distrust the number the first time it's wrong.
Instead, every metric in IRVO carries a confidence label alongside it:
A metric moves through these states on its own timeline. Your sleep data might reach reliable in a couple of weeks while your calendar-based Load score is still building, because the two are learning different things about you at different rates.
Being upfront about what IRVO doesn't know yet is what makes the numbers worth trusting once it does know. A score that's always dressed up as complete gives you no way to tell a well-earned insight from a first guess. Labeling confidence honestly means when IRVO tells you something is reliable, that word is actually doing work.
Your body knows best. It just takes a little time for anything, including an app, to learn how to listen well enough to say so with confidence.
